1. Initial Visit. Sean Meggeson,
Principal, invites parents and students to visit Freemont
Academy to see our facilities. This can include sitting
in on day classes to get a sense of the school atmosphere.
It is important that students who attend Freemont do so
because they want to, and before joining the student body,
that they know the kind of educational environment to which
they are dedicating themselves. Call the school to arrange
an appointment with Sean.
2. Application and Academic Assessment.
Students wishing to attend Freemont complete an application
form and submit it to the school. Students may be asked
at a later date to write an English and/or Mathematics academic
assessment.
3. Follow-up Interview. Students
meet with Sean as the final requirement in the application
process. He will talk to each student about his/her expectations
for academics and school environment. Sean will then make
an admissions decision.
